Is there a time limit?
Sessions vary in length - please check the details when making your booking.

 

What age/height is the play area suitable for?
Children must be under 12 years old and less than 1.45 metres tall to play on the play frame. There is also a dedicated tots area for under 4s.

 

Do I need to pre-book?

Although you can just turn up for soft play, we cannot guarantee places unless you pre-book. Pre-booked groups will also have priority entry at the session start time, so you may have to queue for longer if you just turn up.

Birthday parties must be booked at least 7 days in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot take provisional bookings.

Is there a minimum number for birthday parties?
Yes, you need to bring at least 8 people.

 

Will we have the play frame to ourselves?
We can take bookings for exclusive use of the play frame, but under normal circumstances, you would share the frame with other customers. We can also open outside of our normal opening hours for private parties.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes! You can purchase gift vouchers in-store for Xplore soft play, 4D Golf and Teddy Town.

I'm looking for a donation for a charity event

Use the contact form to send details of your event along with your registered charity number or proof of your charitable intentions (official flyer/poster/webpage) and we'll see what we can do. Give us as much notice as possible please!
